Broccoli Casserole

Broccoli - yes really! This dish works really well with Dave's fantastic roasted garlic sauce.

Serves 4

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20-30 minutes

2 medium Shallots, finely chopped
60 ml. Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dave's Roasted Garlic Sauce
1 large pack frozen Broccoli
1 10oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Egg, beaten
200 g. grated Cheddar Cheese
½ teaspoon Paprika

Cook the broccoli according to the package directions. Combine all the above ingredients with the cooked broccoli.

Place in a casserole dish and bake in a 180°C/350°F oven uncovered for 20-30 minutes.

I really like this recipe and have made it a few times now, although now I use rather less of the hot sauce - are you sure that you don't mean teaspoons? I think 2 tablespoons is definitely one for all you chilliheads out there!
